Dear friend,
CB Collective was started by me, my husband, and our roommate — out of our two-bedroom apartment, with our one-year-old running around. It's a real family business, in every sense of the word.
Our mission is simple: help people. Life is expensive. Hardworking families are doing everything right and still finding themselves stretched thin. We know the feeling — we've lived it ourselves.
CB Collective was founded to make everyday services accessible again. Whether you need pet care, cleaning, meal prep, or furniture rehab — getting help shouldn't come with a price tag that adds more stress to your life.
What inspired this was watching my husband work incredibly hard just to keep us afloat — and still struggling to make ends meet. During one particularly difficult time, someone stepped in and helped us in a way no one else had. Their kindness changed everything. CB Collective is built on that same principle: people helping people.

How does Pay What You Can work?
Fill out the application below. We'll set up a short interview, and if it's a fit we'll provide our services for free until you're back on your feet.
Do you accept custom furniture commissions?
Yes — use the Request a Custom Piece form on the Furniture section. We'll send a quote and timeline within a few days.
How do payments work?
Right now we accept cash, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. Online checkout is coming soon.
